I have nothing but good things to say about Done Right Auto Transport. This company isn't just family-owned, they practically treated me like family during the entire process of transporting my vehicle. I needed to move my car from California to Virginia within a two week window, and first attempted to contract my move through a large "premier" shipper that may or may not begin with the letter "M" and rhyme with "ontway." Said company completely misled me regarding their shipping policies, tried to overcharge me, and then attempted to back out of their own refund policy when I called foul and made a cancellation request according to their stated contract. I was truly at the end of my rope by the time I asked for a quote from Done Right. Done Right gave me helpful, no-pressure advice on picking the right shipper, contracted me a truck within the short-fuse window I needed after my raw deal with the first company, and then patiently dealt with the roughly nine hundred questions I had along the way. I can't say enough good things about Done Right and the shipper they arranged - my car arrived in perfect shape!

Some background: Concurrent to my car shipment, I was traveling across the country by military orders less than a month after returning from a combat deployment - and let me tell you, the last thing I needed in my life was more stress during the move. Done Right, in short, took care of me like family at a time I simply wanted to be treated like nothing more than a valued customer. I don't think you can ask for better customer service than that. I've already referred friends their way and will absolutely ship through them in the future should I need to move a vehicle again. Done Right, in short, sure as heck did right by me.

Hi Rob, Thank you for taking the time out to write a review. More importantly THANK YOU for your service to our Country. We don't have 3000 reviews because we don't pester our customers or promise them compensation to write them so it means a lot to us that you appreciated the hard work. People are quick to write a bad review when they are not satisfied but to take time out a write a review without being prompted to says a lot.
