Higher than expected fee

I signed up with Domestic auto transport about a month before the pick-up and delivery dates, Sherry was helpful when I have to postpone the dates due to schedule conflict. But when the time got closer, no carrier seemed to be interested in the job. Eventually I had to pay 200.00 more than my original contract price to have a carrier to pick up the car :/
