Domestic Auto Transport used NAO Auto to transport our vehicle and gave us pick up and drop off dates but the driver would not arrive on time and would give excuses, such as another pick up took long, he thought pick up was another day. And on the drop off driver never told that he would be switching with someone else and didn't want to give estimated dates. Domestic auto contact person was honest, but I don't know why they went with a new carrier that they didn't know. Car was in good condition but needs a wash on windshield grill and mirrors. I will never use Domestic Auto Transport again. I will get a $30 rebate for submitting this review.
