We are happy with the whole process. Our representative Sheila was pleasant to work with. My first available pick-up date was 5/4/2011, a carrier was selected on 5/6/2011, and my car was picked up on 5/10/2011, just as Domestic Auto Transport had communicated to me. The driver told us the transit would be about 1 week, and we got a call from our driver the day before the car was to arrive at the destination. We received our car on 5/19/2011. The car arrived intact and just a bit dirty (as can be expected given the open-type carrier we chose). We are pleased with Sheila's service.
