Great delivery, average follow-up

My car was picked-up and delivered on time; no complains. My only recommendation is to improve the follow-up after a customer calls.

I tried contacting the representative who I spoke with originally to get a simple question answered, but after three phone calls to the company I never heard back from "her." It was only when my car was delivered that I was contacted by the representative. But by then, my question -which worried the heck out of me for a couple of days- was no longer applicable.

Follow-up is as important as the first contact with the customer.

Besides this minor incident, all other matters went well.
