Domestic Auto Transport contracted Mobile Tansport, Inc to transport my car from the East coast to Washington State and I’m very sad and disappointed about the way I was treated either by my broker and this company just to say the least. I should have read all the negative comments about Mobile Tansport, Inc before allowing them near my car. The Driver requested that I pick up my car in Spokane instead of Pullman as earlier agreed upon, Since I needed my car urgently, I decided to drive the 1.5 hours to pick up my car. I picked up my car at night without proper inspection as it was too dark to see anything. All I noticed was that the car was entirely covered in dirt and the Driver (Nick, which is Nikolae in Russian) stressed that it was only due to the way my car was transported. On my drive home, I reached out for my sunglasses and immediately noticed that they were all missing.... all 4 pairs of brand name sunglasses and bluetooth device and I also notice that my car mileage has also gone up by hundreds of miles. I paid these guys to TRANSPORT my car and not drive it for their own fun/amusement. SHEILA read other negative comments posted on transportreviews about Mobile Transport, Inc and it will do you good if you stop using their services.

To have a GREAT Transport Experience CALL and ask for Sheila at 360-834-6013 or email me at sheila@domesticautotransport.com for your FREE QUOTE today! ................ Johnbull Dickson, YOU should be ashamed of yourself. You leave your vehicle with two different friends in Delaware for over a month and then have the nerve to say you know for a fact that it was our contracted carrier who stole 4 pairs of sunglasses, a Bluetooth and put over 1000 miles on it. Then you go on to say they did not deliver it to you, that you HAD to drive over an hour to go pick it up and that it was very dirty. I am appalled at your nerve frankly. Lets set the record straight. This carrier has never stolen anything out of the 1000's of vehicles they have transported for our companies. They did not have the time to put 1000 miles on your car out joyriding in it or driving it across country as you suggested. They loaded your car and had it over 2550 miles in less than 7 days. It was going from Dover, DE to Pullman, WA and you were told it would be there in 7-10 days for delivery. Since the carriers company is based in Spokane WA he called you when he arrived there to schedule a delivery time with you well within the 10 days time. IT WAS YOU WHO DID NOT WANT TO WAIT AND DECIDED TO GO GET IT YOURSELF. This carrier did NOT request it of you. As for it being dirty, you bet it was. It had just gone over 2500 miles on an open carrier in some of the worst weather out there. If you want your vehicle to arrive in pristine condition then pay for an enclosed carrier just like anyone else does who does not want their vehicle exposed to the elements during transit. When you called me today you were rude, obnoxious, demanding and slanderous to the extreme. Can I say for a fact this carrier did not steal your items? NO!!! Just as you can not say for a fact they did since you left your vehicle with two different "FRIENDS" for over a month clear across the country. I am truly sorry you are having to deal with this but be reasonable and put blame where it makes sense that it lies. Word of advice before I finish. Make sure you truly KNOW who you are leaving your vehicle with in the future. This review may stand but we both know the truth of the whole matter. Have a great day John.
