Wrote us bad checks!!

DO NOT USE!!!

I had a car shipped from Ohio to Georgia in August 2010. Upon delivery in Atlanta, Domestic Auto called and said they needed more money for the driver. This last minute price switcheroo caused problems. During the scheduling process, I also had to call them all of the time for information- they never called me. Needless to say, we were not happy with their overall service.

Since then, we filled out their online form to get a $50 rebate. We got the check from them AND IT BOUNCED!!! We called and they sent us two more $50 checks- one for the original rebate and one to cover our bank fees for their NSF. ONE OF THESE CHECKS BOUNCED, TOO!!! This led to more bank fees for us!

This was almost two months ago, and since then we have just been given the run around. Their general manager, Sheila, does not return phone calls, we have frequently been given attitude when calling, they give us the old line that the check is in the mail... and nothing has arrived.

What kind of company writes their customers bad checks??? Then does nothing to promptly fix the problem????!!!!! Not a reputable company that cares about their customers, that is for sure!!
