Although I haven't yet shipped my car, I am very impressed with with how the coampany and their customer service person, Malia have handled arrangements so far. I received confirmation and ship date the same day I decided to go ahead with the planned transport and the pick-up/ship date is 2 days from the time I made the arrangements. Malia was helpful, pleasant to deal with and answered my questions promptly.
