Excellent 1st time using the service

This was my 1st time shipping a car and after reading other reviews I was concerned. My experence with Domestic Auto transport was smooth as cream pie. I 1st spoke to Malia after I had requested to speak to her, because she seemed to have gotten great reviews from others on this site. She answered my questions and was very business like(yet also held my hand) The only reason I did not give them the top mark was I expected a little more contact with Domestic, but that was what I expected and had nothing to do with Malia and getting my car transported. They do this all the time and I was concerned whether it was going to be shipped on time since I had a time line. I called one Saturday morning about 2 weeks before the scheduled pick-up date and spoke to Mike the owner (Malia was off on Saturday) and asked a few questions. He anwered all and eased my concerns. He also said he would follow up with Malia which he did and she called Monday to reasure me things were going on schedule. Bottom line, the carrier did a great job and the driver James was in contact with me regarding the pick-up and delivery. The car arrived a little dirty but NO damage. I can only say my experence was as smooth as could be expected.
