My overall experience was great. The dispatchers were courteous and provided the information that I needed to make a decision to use their service out of 15+ that I contacted. The pick-up and delivery was early than expected. The only problem we experienced was that the driver left the (1) key with another car in Virginia. I am still trying to understand how that happened. My granddaughter had to get a friend to drive her to that area to pick-up the key. Of course they were going to send it to her by Fed-X, but she was too nervous (this is her first car) to wait for it; so she picked it up. Even with the mix-up with the key, I will use this company again and recommend it to my family and friends.
