This is a continuation of my original review. Domestic brokered the transport of my Escalade to Golden Rod Auto Transport out of Columbus, Ohio. I had $705.39 in damages both to the body and the emergency brake. After approx. 5 weeks of trying to get this settled. I have received exactly $0.00 even though I was told by one of the owners that a check was being sent to me a week and a half ago for the full amount. They also told Domestic that a check was sent. When I had my first car sent out here, I was told that my car was fully insured against damage. It is absolutely not true. I went to Golden Rod's insurance company and was told that unless Golden Rod put in a claim, there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately, this is a sad commentary on what really happens when things go wrong. I have not been protected at all. Be careful. I have reported this to both the better business bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's office.

Rick- - the owner of Domestic, Mike, has been in close contact with you and the carrier regarding this issue. According to the notes in your order on October 15, they were putting a check in the mail within a few days.
