First, let me preface this review by stating that I had a god-awful experience about 5 years ago with DAS, the eBay recommended transporter. Their communication was exceptionally poor. The initial time estimate was under 2 weeks. I got the car 6 weeks later. Every time I called, they could not tell me where my car was, and the general response/attitude was "we have your car, and you'll get it when you get it." I left that experience feeling that this entire industry must be run by the mafia.

That impression has all been turned around by Malia and the folks at Domestic Auto Transport. Malia was exceptionally friendly. She was in contact by phone and/or e-mail every single step of the way, providing constant updates of the exact status of my order. I had a classic car shipped from San Diego to Portland. I placed the order on a Monday and had the car in my possession by Friday. I would absolutely use Domestic Auto Transport again. The service was nothing less than excellent and the experience very smooth. Simply stated, they ROCK!!!!
