I did some researches and read many reviews before deciding to use Domestic Auto Transport for shipping my car from TX to WA. This broker seems to have more consistent reviews than what I have found. Malia seems to be the one that everyone wrote about and highly rated. I got a chance to do business with her and she is very pleasant and knowledgeable. The overall process was great. The only minor confusion was the change of pricing for the balance due on delivery when the carrier came to pick up the car. I called and talked to Malia the next day and was informed that they had altered the number for the carrier advantage. The total price remained the same. It was just that I had to pay the carrier a little bit more and DAT less. She sent me the update pricing after our conversation. It would be nice if I had aware of this updated info for consistency. At the end everything went really well. I would use this service again in the future.
