This was our second time moving a car, first with this company. Their rate was at the bottome end of the prices I received from about ten companies. Not the lowest, but pretty near it. In a situation like this, giving cash to a driver prior to a service being rendered is a little iffy, but there was plenty of correspondence along the way including the truck driver. Since this was really a multiple move (truck from Tennessee to Long Beach then container ship to Hawaii), there was a little more to go wrong. Malia took the time to call or email with any news, sometimes no news at all just to keep me in the loop. Since this move was a little more complicated, we were told that the car could arrive anywhere from 3-5 weeks. We were amazed that it arrived in about 2-1/2 weeks in the same condition we last saw it, not even any dirtier. There are a million things that could go wrong in this industry with so many people and businesses involved but ours service was nothing short of professional. Highly recommend even though they gave us a $50 discount for submitting this review. I don't need the fifty bucks but being in business for myself, know the power of words, good and bad. By the way, I could have submitted a bad report and still got my $50. TGBTG
