I admit I was probably a difficult customer. I had very specific dates that I needed my truck shipped and I made it clear I was going to go with another company if Domestic couldn't accommodate. I feel bad, but I had patients waiting to be tended to at the hospital I am now working at. Cassandra was my main contact. She was very pleasant and professional from the beginning (as was everyone I talked with in customer service). If there's one thing that makes or breaks a deal it's communication. In this case it made the deal. They were very communicative and kept me updated. I was a little hesitant to use Domestic because they don't own their trucks, they hire out the service. But I had absolutely no problems with the driver they chose for me. My truck (For Explorer Sportrac) was picked up and delivered door to door without any problems. This isn't a review for the driving company, but they did a great job and even had my truck washed for me upon delivery. Casey didn't deliver it herself, but I know she watched over my truck as if it was her own. Not only did the service I received exceed my expectations, but I think I made a friend out of the experience as well. Casey, I have yet to meet you in person, but you're very sweet and very helpful. Thank you so much for accommodating my high maintenance personality and being so reassuring. I've already recommended Domestic to two traveling nurses I know, and I will definitely be using Domestic again in the future. I've read several terrible reviews of other companies and it feels good knowing that I have nothing to worry about next time. Thanks friend!

Thank you so much for trusting Domestic auto transport with the shipping of your vehicle. I hope the nurses you referred give us a call and can get the same ecperience!
