A little more communication during the transition would have gone a long way.

I had a very good experience with the transport of my vehicle, however the one thing I would have really appreciated is someone whether the driver or booking company calling me at some point during the transition, just for some sort of update. Having worked in the customer service industry, an update to the originally anticipated delivery date on or around that time would have been nice. I don't think it is the customers responsibility to do that. Never having shipped a vehicle prior to this I had no idea as to whether this is normal. I'm not convinced I would ship my vehicle in the future. It would be very dependent upon the circumstances at that time geographically & otherwise.

Having said these things, the persons handling the order and the driver were very nice to work with, and my car arrived as I expected it should. Thank you.

Jason~ I do apologize that the carrier did not call you during transit, they have so much going on the tend to only call at pick-up and delivery.
