Holly reviewed the entire process with me over the phone, including how they work with different carriers and how the pricing works. This is important since if there are a lot of cars that need to be shipped to and from the same location, drivers will start taking the higher priced orders and your car may not get picked up for a while. She followed up with me every few days to give me an update on the process and let me know whether any drivers had shown interest. In the end, we bumped up the price by $50 in response to a driver, who picked up the car within 2 hours of making the price adjustment. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again.
