unreliable subcontractor rip off

I will never use this company again. I arranged through domestic auto to ship my vehicle from Brunswick GA to Killeen Texas, with the understanding that they would contract through another private carrier to pick up my vehicle and deliver it to my new residence. What I wasn’t aware was they would use an unreliable subcontractor, Universal Port Storage and Auto Logistics (stay away from them as well) that would contract an independent truck and driver to actually do this. Also I did not know that they would use a subcontractor, Universal Port Storage and Auto Logistics (stay away from them as well), was so unreliable and would not pick up my vehicle for almost a week after is arrived in Brunswick GA. causing me additional storage fees that I had to pay and when my vehicle was delivered over three week late, it was filthily and had almost 400 miles driven on it, without my knowledge or permission…Stay away from this unreliable company they were of little or no assistance in resolving any of these issues. I paid them 1300 dollars and I received poor service and for few hundred more I could have had a reputable shipper like EH Harms do it correctly. Stay away from this company!
