Easy cross country trip

Having never transported a car before I had no idea what to expect. This was for TWO vehicles, cross country. We opted to pay extra so that we would have a smaller window of time when the cars could be picked up (mid size SUV & small car). After I got off the phone from placing the order with Domestic, I had an email within abt 15 minutes telling me that the shipment had been scheduled for the first day I was available. Wow! That's great! The transport person called us to arrange the pick-up time and told us he would be there Sunday or Monday (our vehicles were picked up on a Wed morning in Florida). When we hadn't heard from him on Monday morning, we called Domestic. They immediately put us on hold, contacted the carrier & had a response for us. Then they had the carrier call us immediately. Great service! Our vehicles arrived less than a week from when they were picked up, both in prefect condition. This was an amazingly easy process. I highly recommend Domestic Auto Transport and would not hesitate to use them again.
