Overall, I was happy with the service I received through Domestic Auto Transport. The customer service throughout the process was great. The only thing that was difficult was when my first available pick-up date came, there was another week before my car was actually picked up. So we went without a car for a week or so before they arrived. That said, we were informed every step of the way and were grateful for that.

Thank you for the review Kelli - sorry you experienced difficulty in regards to the pick up time. When you give us the day your vehicle is available for pick up, as I explained, it can be up to seven days before a carrier is actually available to be there and that is industry standard due to the nature of the business.
