Mailia was a very positive person to work with. She kept me informed all along the way. They had a little trouble finding a carrier for me but she kept at it and accomplished the task. Though the cost was $150 more than the original quote, she was up front about it, explaining that the carrier was going to require more. She even willingly took a $50 hit out of her own pocket to make the deal workable. She is a five-star worker!
