Unreliable

Requested services after receiving a quote through an email. Scheduled a pick up date of no longer than the 29th of July 2010. Called everyday to see the progress, everyone seemed polite but no one would give me the answers that I needed. Sure enough my case was just the same as the other poorly rated reviews. Did not come on time, poor communication, and last minute saying I needed to pay more.
Holly Burton was the main person I spoke with, seemed to know what she was doing but most importantly forgot to mention that I needed a back up plan. Seeing that I was moving within days (which I made clear) It would be ridiculous to to extend my apartment lease just for an unreliable auto transport. Yes I understand not anything is definite, but I trusted Holly's words on it will be done. Now I am stuck driving two cars to Utah because of an unreliable transport service.
I suggest anyone that needs their car transported take it elsewhere. A bigger company that is able to communicate with you efficiently with any arising problems.

Don't even bother responding to my post about your side of the story, I asked for services that had special needs which I addressed and it did not happen. Thank you for wasting my time.

AMANDA- I apologize you feel that your needs were not met. Everyone here at Domestic is very concerned with customer service and doing the absolute BEST job we can, unfortunately we cannot just tell the customer what they want to hear. I did have a carrier interested but the route was requiring more $$ per the driver, which is not uncommon, and that was not something you were willing to accept.
