This company offers a referral service that connects you with available carriers who transport your cars. They chart a 20% commission on top of the usual costs of shipment with reputable carriers, which is reasonable if you have not used any carriers in the area before in the past. It is a safe alternative to having to evaluate carriers in your local area. The time to obtaining a suitable carrier is reasonable. Staff is for the most part very helpful and prompt in responses. Information about the damage and claim process was lacking on initial consultation. The response person at the time was not very professional over the phone and could not empathize with why I would need more details about the contract/liability/claim process and maximum amount covered which I will be signing with the carrier company. When I signed up eventually, the agent in charge of my case was very professional and i had no difficulty getting in touch with the carrier. Negotiating for promptness of pick up and delivery is not at all guaranteed by the company and nor do they have the ability to control this. THey do however, connect you with the carrier then you have to communicate with the carrier for promptness. But as stated in the agreement, non of the carriers guarantee promptness. So please be aware of this when scheduling.
