This was our first time to have a car transported and didn't know how to go about it. If we do this again, we will call the transport company earlier. We contacted Domestic probably 2-3 weeks before our desired pick-up date. During the Summer Break, the demand for auto transports is the highest, so an earlier reservation would have been better. Jeremiah did all he could to get our car picked up as soon as possible. We had to offer $100 more for the carrier upon Jeremiah's advice, and this was reasonable. The carrier was 5 hours late, but only because the customer before us made the driver wait for 5 hours. It's obviously not the driver's fault, but I guess he should've left the other customer and pick our car up first as we lived near the other customer. Overall, Domestic has been very professional. I just suggest that customers make their arrangements earlier.
