I was very nervous in dealing with a transport company for the first time, but Malia was AWESOME! She made me feel so much better about the whole thing. I needed the vehicle by a specific time and she was able to get this accomplished for me without spending an outrageous amount of money. I called many times to check on the status and she was always very patient and wonderful! She explained the broker process and how it all works and guided me the entire way. I loved the fact that I was not charged until my vehicle was picked up. Thanks Malia for making my 1st transport experience a comfortable one :)
