Lack of communication

Rarely do I rate a business so poorly but I unfortunately was left with no choice. I will state that Domestic Auto Transport did meet our original agreement and they tried to make amends but that said there were a lot of communication issues that should be addressed. Whether it was the rep, manager or head administrator, no one contacted me despite promises to the contrary, I made over 8 calls to try to resolve and get answers to me questions. Had I not been so persuiant, I would have paid $100 more than our original agreement, never known that my vehicle was picked up or when it would be delivered. My confirmation letter arrived on the day my auto was delivered, Domestic Auto did not know that my vehicle had been picked up a day early, nor were they aware of who picked up my vehicle.

Dawn........our responsibility as your Personal Client Assistant is to keep you informed of the transport until your vehicle is deliverd. According to our notes, we tried numerous times to contact you by phone, left messages and also sent several emails informing you of the progress and we never once heard a word back from you. We do the best we can Dawn.... and communication works both ways....sorry you were unhappy with our services. MALIA/Sales Manager 360-834-6013
