I just want to praise Domestic autotransport for the unbelievable customer service.
When we had a death in the family the week of April 13, 2010, I went online to find an auto transport for my aunts car here in Florida. I had many returns with the initial contact and spoke with many companies. But none of them even came close to the customer service of Domesticautotransport and Allen Nicoson.
The first thing this man said he was "sorry for our loss" and he would do everything in his power to help lessen the burden in our hour of loss. I totallyl explained the problem and what was needed to be done and he listen and never once said no I can't do this, but I will do everything possible to accomplish this move.
He was always more concerned in getting the car there for us and not the cost. Customer Service like is very hard to find in this day and age of competition.
The car was picked up on the day stated by a great driver and concerned Alex he said "the car would be there on Monday before the funeral" and it was. It was clean, nothing happened to it which was a blessing to my aunt in her time of loss.
I can only hope that all customers looking for a safe and quality move of their auto should make the effort to call Allen Nicoson at Domesticautotransportion. I do not believe you will find a more dedicated employee working for a company to move your car or van and always customer service is there concern.

Wow Dale, I thought I had gotten a good review before, this one takes the lead as one of my all time favorites. I am glad I could transport your vehicle for you quickly and easily and not cause you any more stress or strain than you and your family were already under. I look forward to hearing from you in the future if you or anyone you knows needs some help with transporting a vehicle. I only hope that the next time we speak it is under happier circumstances.
