They sold me on their company over another because they have more reviews, of course they do, they will give you $50 back if you review them. This should have been my first red flag. I drove to CA from CO to meet the truck so I could get my vehicle out of storage. The first night I waited at the storage unit, 2 hours after the meet time the driver called to say he got dispatched to another pick up and could not make it until the next day. The next day the driver should up 2 hours late and said he could not take my vehicle because he was full. He said he did not know it was a full sized vehicle and only had compacts on his truck. When I arranged for transport I told them it wass a Full sized Blazer with a 4 inch lift. I arranged for outdoor storage where someone could load the vehicle for me. Over a month later I get a truck that will pick up for additional money, the cost has gone from $550 to $900, but if I pay the additional money to the driver they will send me a check for $175 but can not give me $50 for a review. I never got the check for $175. Holly was nice and I understand things happen, but the $175 check should have been paid. The driver was great and easy to work with. When I have another vehicle moved I will not use this company, I will find a Transporter directly and cut out the middleman. If Domestic Auto Transport wants to respond to this, please do so by sending the $175 check.

Jack..I am sorry to hear we did not live up to our FIVE STAR rating in your opinion. After reviewing your order here is the breakdown for your transport: Total: $750 Deposit: $50 Amount Received: $50 Balance Out Standing: $700 Deposit Received: Yes Deposit Paid Via: Telecheck Amount To Carrier: $700 COD Collected By Carrier $700, Holly took our deposit down to $50, our standard deposit is $206, this $156 was put towards the truck to make more of an attractive offer for a carrier to transport your vehicle, thus not having to ask you for any additional money. Our carriers work extremely hard to meet their deadlines, however they are not able to forecast circumstances beyond their control which might cause delays. We would never send a truck out and then have him tell you he could not take your vehicle because his truck was full.....what would be the point.... In regards to a $175 check from the carrier...............this makes no sense, why would a carrier transport your vehicle and offer you a refund after you have paid them COD??? If you would like to further discuss this please call me, I will be more than happy to go over everything with you. Thank you. Malia McClain/Sales Manager 360-834-6013
