I have been very impressed with the overall customer service. Mahlia Mc Clain was my rep and she took care of everything. The only troubling thing was finding the transporter, but that was only because we don't know Seattle. Everything was handled very well. My car looked the same as it did when I shipped it. All of my belongings were still in my possession. Nothing was rifled through. I would recommend these two companies to everything. I was also very happy with the length of time that it took my car to arrive. The release of goods procedure was very simple and quick. Thank you for a very pleasureable experience. I would use them again.
