I guess the broker doesn’t have full control of the drivers they sub the transport to. But the fact of that I was quoted for the car to be picked up at one location, and then told a day before pickup that I had to drive it 75 mile to another pick up location, without any discount for my gas, time, or distance.

The driver was 4 hours late to pick up the vehicle. The total was 1140, but I paid a additional $7.05 at time of delivery to get the car. The driver was trying to get an extra $50 out of me.

I was called only once while the vehicle was in transit, and that’s after many calls to see if he was going to be at the drop off location as scheduled. He told me on Saturday afternoon that he would be there Sunday afternoon. I did not here from the driver till Monday at 9:00 am, and that after continued calls to him without any answer.

He called back and said he would be there in a half hour. Two and a half hours later he showed up. It was pouring rain, and the passenger window was half way rolled down, and the inside was drenched on that side. My handicap sticker was stolen, the driver’s side arm rest and steering wheel was covered in black grease from moving the car on and off the rack I assume. I did not say anything as I was just relieved to get my car in one piece.
