Holly did a good job communicating the process and following up after the delivery. Having received over 10 bids, I think this company offers a fair price, not the lowest, and honest service. I had no problems w/ the condition of the car, so no information about damage resolution w/ the driver or company, which apparently are separate entities.

I made the reservation a few weeks prior to the move, and a driver was assigned about 5 days prior. He arrived one day ahead of schedule, which required some quick adjustment on my part. The delivery was handled by a friend in a different city 8 days later. The vehicle was in good condition, and my cashier's check (mailed out earlier) was accepted. Holly called a few days later to check if the delivery had occurred properly, and checked secondarily w/ the driver to have him contact me w/ the delivery information. Sven, the driver, was Russian and language might have been a factor in the early pick-up and delivery times. However, I much prefer early than late!

I have a total of three cars to move, and plan to use her for the remaining two.
