I was very happy with the service I received from Chris. This was my first time shipping a car and Chris was very patient explaining the process with me. My calls were always promptly returned and Chirs met all the terms and conditions that he committed to before I contracted for his services. I felt Chris was honest and straight forward in answering my questions. I appreciated that they did not require a deposit until my car was picked up in California.

My car arrived one day prior to the committed date and in the same conditiion as when I dropped it off. The transport driver (Freddy), contacted me 24 hours before my car arrived to schedule delivery (as Chris promised he would). He was professional and courteous, and flexible with respect to timing of the drop.

I would definitely use Chris and Domestic Auto Transport again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship their vehicle.
