Cross country automobile transport

I purchased my car on ebay from a wonderful seller who lives on the East Coast. I live on the West Coast. Researched the internet to choose my transport provider. If memory serves me correctly, I never was able to call the phone number and talk directly to Malia. Always had to leave a message. Half the time I talked with another individual the other half I left messages on her voice mail. Her promptness to return the call was excellent.

Once I booked the transport, some of the emails I received quoted prices different that those upon which Malia and I had agreed. But it was all said and done, I paid the price I was quoted.

I indicated they were late in picking up the vehicle. It was January and Pittsburgh was in the midst of that huge snow storm.

The driver was professional and helpful. He literally delivered the car to my sidewalk. We inspected the car inside and outside together. There was not a chip, ding or scratch on my car. The car arrived in perfect condition. I signed off on the bill and paid the driver. It was a very cold night. He had the car running, warm with the driver door open. I couldn't wait to drive it; returned home two hours later.
