No Customer Service if the Truck Arrives Damaged

I had a 2000 Chevrolet Truck transported. Elizabeth help me understand how trucking companies/truckers operate. She also helped me pick a reasonable rate that enabled me to have my truck picked up in a timely fashion. The truck was picked up quick and delivered a day early. The truck also arrived damaged. When I presented the problem to Elizabeth she was very apologetic and said she had to speak with the owner of the company. I had also let her know that just prior to the transport the truck had completed a Chevrolet Certified Inspection at a Chevrolet dealership in Idaho. That conversation took place over two weeks ago. Since then I have called several times only to hear she has not heard back from the owner yet and she will call me right back. No one from Domestic Auto Transport has contacted me over the issue, or returned an of my phone calls. The damage to my truck has cost me $389.00 to have fixed and $115 to have towed because the vehicle could not be driven. I still consider this issue unresolved with Domestic Auto Transport and would like to hear from them. If Domestic Auto Transport does rectify the situation I will let the review board know. John

Dear John.... I greatly appologize for the lack of communication and now that we have spoken you have the contact information necessary to resolve this issue directly with the carrier. We do expect our customers to read our Terms and Conditions which are available on our website as well as in our emailed quotes and also attached to all confirmation of orders . Please note our Terms and Conditions #11 ....... All claims for damage must be taken up directly with the carrier, and if there is any damage, the liability for damages lies solely with the carrier. DAT will assist client with necessary carrier information (name, phone numbers of that particular motor carrier used for transport). . If you would have read our Term's and Condition's you would have had a clearer understanding of what our obligations are. Thank you for transporting your vehicle with us.
