I selected Domestic Auto Transport because of their 5 star rating. My contact person was Holly. She was very pleasant and professional on the phone. She immediately began the search to locate a shipper for the price quoted and kept me posted on her progress. However, after about 10 days and her latest update I decided to cancel my order. I was going out of town in a few days and would no longer be available for the pickup. Moreover, I would to have to change my arrangements on the receiving end as well. Holly was great about my decision. She thanked me for my patience and stated there would be no cancellation fee.

I strongly recommend using Domestic Auto Transport. I know that Holly did her best to locate a driver. Should I have occasion to ship another auto in the future I would definitely call Domestic Auto Transport and would request Holly.
