My review was 100% satisfactory and I would definitely make a positive recommendation to a future prospective client. I had never transported a car before and I did not know what to expect. Your representative, Holly, explained the entire process to me and answered all my questions.
Also, I explained to her that the car was being transported to my daughter in Washington, D.C. from Los Angeles and I needed the car to arrive in time for my daughter's birthday as a gift. Holly assured me that (barring unforseen circumstances such as bad weather or other circumstances beyord our control) the dilivery would be timely and the company delivered on the promise. My daughter received the car on time, the day before her birthday! Holly reassured me throughout the process and ansered all of my questions involving pick-up, delivery, condition of the vehicle, inspection of the vehicle upon pick-up, inspection of the vehicle on delivery, etc. My daughter's car was delivered in perfect condition and on-time.
In addition to the good service the price was very good. This is especially true since I did not have to drop off the car (it was picked up from my home) and it was delivered to my daughter's door (she did not have to arrange a ride to pick up the car). Other companies required me to drop off the car at a lot somewhere and pick in up at a lot somewhere in the Washingtom, D.C. area.
I would definitely make a positive recommendation of the company in general and of Holly in particular.
