Overall everything went well...they picked up and delivered the car on time, I would have loved a little more proactive communication as they were not able to offer exact specifics about pick up and delivery..I understand this as they are brokers who are not in total control of the process, but Holly was there and answered all my questions honestly and professionally. I would recommend them and use them again.
