After receiving a price and visiting this site to make a final decision, I made the decision to ship my car with Domestic. Problems started to occur when after one week my calls to check on the status of my pick-up were not returned. A second call went un-returned before I finally received a call back. At this point 2 weeks had passed since my order was placed. I was assured that the order was priced right, some money had been removed from the broker's fee in order to help this deal move. I was given an excuse that truckers were reluctant to move a vehicle this distance at this time of year.

Finally after almost 3.5 weeks, I received a call indicating that I needed to add money to the deal in order to ship my car. They can F*%# off!

Brutal service. staff that frankly appear not to care. And this model of compensating customers for a review is total B.S.

Stay away from these clowns!

Sandy, I am sorry YOU did not return my calls when I called YOU back. I was nothing but honest with you all the way through this ordeal as I am with all of my customers. I had your vehicle priced very well from the get go and unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances routes just do not move! I did take my broker fee down to $0 to try to get this moved but I had no luck. All that I can do is DO THE BEST I CAN AND I KNOW I DID and as everyone knows.....you cannot please everyone, which appears to be the case here. If we are such clowns and liars then why do we have such outstanding ratings? Good luck getting your truck moved in the dead of winter from OH to WA. It might just take a bit longer than expected! *****MALIA*****
