Tara did a good job on shipping my car. She was very patient with me and responded my calls or email quickly. In my case, I was moving from New York to Texas and flew to Texas on 1/6/10. At the beginning, my tentative date for pick up was between 12/30/09 and 1/4/10 and to deliver the car after 1/7/10. However, due to many reasons (mainly the holidays), there is no driver to pick up my car until 1/12/10. I was very anxious before I left for Texas, because I didn't know whether or when my car will be picked up and needed to decide how long I was willing to wait. Also what to do if the car did not get picked up. Tara did everything she could and though no driver in the initial tentative date, a driver was scheduled on 1/7. Once that's done, everything went reasonably well. The delivery was delayed for few days (scheduled for 1/15, delivered on 1/19), but I think it's within reasonable time frame. Overall it was good, and I'll use this company again in the future. Just have backup plans and wider pick up and delivery dates.
