Tara managed the intake, provided answers to the questions I had, connected me to the insurance documents I wanted to see, and provided anticipatory guidance in a competent
and confident manner. The process turned out to be pretty painless and it evolved pretty
much in the manner she led me to expect. I had a few special requests for timing of pick up
and delivery that she made sure to note on the order. Price was on the higher end of the range,
and for the lack of stress that the process involved, with timing being honored and the car
ending up at the other end intact, it was worth the expense.
