I needed to ship the car with short notice and Elizabeth was very helpful. The company had a high rating from the BBB and the quote was competitive. The car was picked up early, and when the car did not arrive on the estimated day, Elizabeth called the driver and found out all of the details. I would use her again the next time I need ship my car across the country, and would suggest using her anytime a person needs to ship. The only thing that upset me was a 3% surcharge for using my credit card on the deposit. The amount was not much, but I felt that was a cost of doing buisness that could have been covered by the company. I still will use them again the next time that I need to ship my car, no matter where I need to ship it too.
