Tara was prompt contacting me within 24 hours to explain the transport process. She gave me realistic expectations and explained the costs and timeline. She kept in touch through email while my pickup date approached and when I ran into trouble on my end she helped me set up a prompt pickup in Cincinnati. My vehicle arrived in Joplin Missouri within 24 hours and was in excellent condition. I have used other car haulers in the past but next time I will go through Tara once again when it is time to ship.
