I was very impressed with the service that Holly provided. She always got back to me right away and worked very hard to coordinate the pick up schedule with my out of state contact ( I had purchased a vehicle in North Carolina but live in Illinois). There was a phone number mix up but Holly tracked me down and saw that the situation was remedied efficiently. The whole process was painless and I thought the pricing was fair. I was especially concerned about the safety and protection of my vehicle as I was shipping an expensive motorcycle. All in all I have no complaints about the service. The bike was dirty because I chose to ship on an open transport truck but there were no scratches or any signs of damage to my bike. I would definitely recommend Domestic Transport if the need arises in the future!
