Yoon.... I was shocked to see your one star review! Why would you rate my services so low? Everything went very well by industry standards and I went out of my way to accommodate your special date requests for both pick up and delivery of each vehicle. Unfortunately the access for the carrier to your home was not adequate, which does happen occasionally as we leave this decision up to the carrier. As far as complaining about my communication issues, I don't know what more I could have done to keep you informed of the progress of your order. May I remind you of the dozen's of times you called my office daily asking the same questions every time over and over AND expecting to get a different answer. When I would not give you a different answer you hounded me and tied up our phones with one call after another........at one point you became so irate with me, screaming and yelling, that my co-workers heard you through the phone and they started taking your calls to give me a break from your abuse. If you had a better understanding and command of the English language a lot of the confusion could have been eliminated! Before you chose me to assist in your vehicle relocation maybe you should have read my reviews posted on this site by hundreds of my satisfied customers that had nothing but wonderful FIVE STAR appreciation of the great service I had provided! *****MALIA*****
