The customer service that I received from Holly Burton was excellent. She was very courteous, explained everything clearly and worked with me on adjusting the pricing to reflect that I was shipping a motorcycle, not a car. I was never put on hold and all email correspondence was sent promptly. A pickup was scheduled shortly after I placed the order even though I was told it could take up to 10 days.
