There was some confusion on the pickup as our representative was out of the office with an illness. Domestic Auto Transport were very diligent in communicating until our representative was available. The vehicle arrived at the destination on a weekend and no one was available to receive it. Domestic Auto Transport arranged for the vehicle to be stored until someone could pick it up during business hours. There was also some confusion on the storage fee which Domestic Auto Transport also promptly and cheerfully reinbursed our company for.
I can not say enough about the pleasant attitudes and over and beyond efforts put out by the staff of Domestic Auto Transport. We are currently in the process utilizing Domestic Auto Transport for transport of a third vehicle due to the value and level of service we experienced in the past. Kudo's Domestic Auto Transport customer service is alive and well at your orginazation.
