The customer service over the phone was very friendly and helpful. It was frustrating not to know when a driver would pick up the route or the exact date/time that the driver would be present to pickup and/or drop off the car. Ultimately, things went well with my car being transported from Virginia to Florida and the drivers I dealt with were pleasant. I would recommend this service to a friend.
