At the end of it all, my car got where it was going with everything intact, so the main goal was accomplished, and Casi handled her end as well as I could ask for. The drivers were very amiable on both pickup and delivery and I felt very comfortable with my car in their possession. Not to mention, I had loaded the car with a number of items and not a thing was missing (although I wouldn't encourage anyone else to try that...I just had no alternative and was willing to take the loss).

On the negative side of things, the driver was a day late picking the car up, and could have really caused a problem if they had pushed it back any further. The estimated date of arrival was first the 27th (confirmed by phone), then the 28th (confirmed by email), and the driver finally delivered the car on the 1st of September. So promptness was the major issue. I understand how tough it is driving all over the country to stay on schedule, but it doesn't help us who are depending on our cars to expect one thing and get another.

One other note, and this is really more about shipping a car in this fashion than it is about the service, but transporting on an open trailer really leaves your car caked up with gook. I've found it very hard to clean off. So think twice, people. The extra money for an enclosed transportation might be worth it.

But thanks, Casi, for everything. I'm just happy to be bending corners in my car again. lol ;)

Jeff~ sorry about the truck drivers on this sometimes we just don't stay as close of contact as we should especially when things get out of hand sometimes with orders. I am glad to hear that you were pleased with my service if there is anything else I can do just let me know. ~Casi~
