I would highly consider doing this again if I needed to transport my car. The date that I was expecting the arrival was on a Monday/Tuesday, a week after the car was shipped (on monday). I get a call Thursday night with the driver asking if I am available to pick up the car between 8-10am. I agree and he comes to my front door with the car at 9:00. Perfect timing and 3-4 days earlier than expected!

I get a call on Monday by Malia, who was incredibly nice, asking me about my car to make sure everything was O.K. and on time. I told her it was much earlier and I was pleased with everything. She was very helpful and we had a few laughs.

All in all, great transportation service, which was MUCH faster than anticipated and a wonderful customer service representative which is hard to come by these days. 5 stars!
