This transport event was for my wife's car. I was not involved in working with Domestic Auto Transport or the driver during the entire relationship. I was traveling in Asia during this time and my wife and son handled all of the correspondence with Casi and the driver. I was involved only to select which company would be chosen to be the broker for this transport from our home in Michigan to my son's home in Washington.

My reasons for selecting Domestic Auto Transport were primarily centered on the excellent quotation letter that was provided by Casi. I was busy with my travels in Asia and consequently it took a couple of weeks to analyze all of the proposals that I had received via email. During this time Casi followed up with another supportive email to confirm my interest in using DAT. Based on the online reviews for Casi and DAT as well as my limited experience with Casi's persoanble service style I informed Casi and my wife that we would use DAT for the transport to Washington. Casi immediately followed up with my wife in Michigan to arrange for the pick up and transport in a timely manner. From that point on I was not involved in the process as I was still working out of the country.

I can say that Casi has excellent people skills and arranged for everything in a very timely manner. She did everything that she said she would do.

Even though we did not get to deal directaly with each other I am glad you decided Domestic to use your wife's car! In the future if the need arises again I hope you call me first to save sometime. ~Casi~
